On LESS_ you may not offer for sale items that do not fit into any of the available categories.
In Attachment 2 to our Terms and Conditions you will find a list of products and services prohibited on the platform, these include:
- non-original products - it is illegal to sell such items,
- prescription drugs, and other unauthorised medicines and dietary supplements,
- drugs and narcotics, including legal highs, as well as equipment and technology enabling their growing, production and trade, etc,
- gambling conducted without a proper license,
- online services and material containing pornographic content, e.g. chat rooms, video cameras, VOD films.
Administrators also have the right to delete posts with photos that do not agree with the Terms and Conditions:
- are downloaded from the Internet without the right to distribute them. Such photographs do not show the actual state of the item - in such case the Buyer has no guarantee that the Seller actually owns the product,
- have black frames,
- have collage photos,
- have subtitles on the photo.
