You can return the item only on the basis of previous arrangements with the Seller. Remember, however, that the Civil Code also guarantees you the possibility to use the warranty in case of faulty goods.
If you receive your purchased item and you find that it is damaged or not as described, you can use the I have a problem option that will be available in LESS_ and in the e-mail you receive after purchase.
Remember, you have 2 days to report a problem!
- when the parcel is delivered to you via provider we cooperate with (InPost Paczkomaty, DPD, Poczta Polska, Paczka w RUCHu) you will be able to report the problem as soon as you receive your purchased item,
- when the order was delivered to you via another provider - you will be able to report the problem after 9 days from the moment of purchase.
When you fail to do so, the funds will be automatically transferred to the Seller's Wallet.
First, claim the item to the Seller and ask about the possibility of a return. If you can not resolve the situation, it will be resolved by us.
